What will my DIGITAL PROFILE look like?
You'll have up to 6 themes to choose from and according to the custom form you fill out, you can have a two page layout or wide page layout. See Sample:

How many pages do I get?
You have up to 7 full pages to show your WHOLE story!

How many pictures can I have? Do you take any pictures?
One per page, plus the front cover and back covers. We have restrictions on porn, racist acts, and offensive material.

How do you get my pictures?
You can upload them to any free photo website like photome.com, kodack.com etc. Then we will download them from there.

Do I get to preview my profile before the final draft?
YES, we will send you an encrypted draft (which means, you won't be able to copy or print), but you can see for yourself before the final draft. We'll revised your profile ONE time, based on your comments and send you a link so you can download on your computer.

Can I get a hard copy on CD?
Yes, we can place your DIGITAL PROFILE on CD, with a label and mail it to you for a small fee.

You mentioned I can add a Video Clip and/or Audio Sound Byte, how do I go about doing that?
First make the video and/or audio byte, upload to the Internet and we'll download it from there.

Where would you place the video/audio clips?
Most people prefer in the very beginning first page or you can have it on the front cover.

What Format Should My Files Be In?
If we have a problem with direct download from your favorite video, sound or photo website, we will accept the following formats:
(AVI and Mpeg For Video Clips), (mp3, mp4, wav For Sound Clips)
(txt, .doc for Text)

How long will it take to receive my DIGITAL PROFILE?
Once we receive your order and files, it will take approximately 10 business days. If mailed, it may take up to 21 days.

Do I Need Any Special Software To View My DIGITAL PROFILE?
No, we'll send it to you in a zip file or .exe that will automatically open when you click on the downloaded file.

Do You Offer A Money Back Guarantee?
Integrated Media Solutions believes in satisfying our customers, especially online, in order to keep the trust of the e-commerce community.
